St. John & Partners officially opened its doors in its new digs in Downtown.

The Jacksonville-based advertising company has leased the 31,000 square feet of office space on the second and third floors of the Ameris Bank Tower at 1301 Riverplace Blvd.

The space underwent a eight-month renovation after an extensive, company-wide staff survey about what employees wanted in the new space.

“From the beginning, it was important for us to create an inspiring environment in which our team could feel at home and do their best work for our clients,” said Dan St. John, Chairman and CEO of St. John & Partners. “After collecting feedback from our employees, the result is truly a staff-driven workplace created for them, providing our people with the necessities to be successful, in addition to having plenty of cool, but purposeful, features.”

The second floor of the iconic Southbank Building offers ceilings that soar 30 feet above the ground. St. John & Partners took advantage of the unique design of this floor with a floating staircase that connects the second and third floors.

The office also has “next-generation amenities”, according to a company statement, that includes an interactive video wall, a social media bar and a digital lab for testing and development.

St. John & Partners is one of the largest advertising agencies in the Southeast. The company’s clients include: American Health Care Association, Daytona International Speedway, Enterprise Florida, FIS, JEA, Florida Department of Citrus, Under Armour and Zaxby’s.

The company also has an office in Greenville, South Carolina.
